Membership Policy
All Zahra’s Playland membership payments are final and non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must submit your cancellation request at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Cancellation requests received less than seven days before the billing date will result in the next scheduled payment being processed, and no refunds will be issued.

Automatic Billing Authorization
All Zahra’s Playland memberships are enrolled in automatic recurring billing. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Zahra’s Playland to automatically debit your selected payment method every 30 days for the membership fee.
Your card or account on file will be charged on a recurring 30-day cycle unless a cancellation request is submitted at least seven (7) days prior to your next billing date.
This automatic billing ensures uninterrupted access to your membership benefits.
